Pointed Cabbage Stew

This quick and simple recipe is inspired from Auvergne Stew and adapted with swiss products.

Chop the cabbage in little pieces and the sausages in slices.

Boil both in a water bed for 15 minutes.

Serve with bread aside.

  • 2 emmentaler sausages
  • 1 pointed cabbage

  • 200g of bread
